CollabDays Poland 2026 – two days of learning, community, and collaboration

On June 11-12, 2026, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Microsoft technology community to CollabDays Poland 2026, held at the Microsoft Poland headquarters in Warsaw.
What started 9 years ago as a local community initiative has grown into one of the largest community-driven Microsoft events in Poland. This year was no exception. Together, we spent two days sharing knowledge, exchanging experiences, building new relationships, and discussing the future of Microsoft technologies, with a particular focus on Power Platform, AI, Copilot, Microsoft 365, governance, security, and modern workplace solutions.
By the numbers
This year’s edition brought together an incredible community:
- 272 registered attendees
- 182 physical attendees across both days (including speakers and organizers)
- 40 workshop participants
- 28 speakers
- 11 Microsoft MVPs
- 4 Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs)
- Attendees representing 20 different countries
- 3 full-day workshops
- 20 conference sessions
- 4 parallel conference tracks
The event was organized by:
Day 1 – deep-dive workshops
The first day focused on hands-on learning.
Participants could choose from three full-day workshops covering topics ranging from Power Platform development and governance to Azure DevOps and modern application development.
Unlike traditional conference sessions, workshops allowed attendees to spend an entire day working directly with experts, asking questions, building solutions, and exploring technologies in depth.
The atmosphere was highly interactive, with participants actively engaging in exercises, discussions, and real-world scenarios.

Day 2 – conference day
The second day featured a full conference agenda spread across four parallel tracks, covering a broad range of topics:

- Copilot and AI
- Governance and Security
- Microsoft 365

- Microsoft Foundry
- Development and DevOps

Our speakers delivered practical sessions filled with real-life experiences, lessons learned, best practices, and live demonstrations.
What makes CollabDays special is the diversity of perspectives. This year, the speaker lineup included Microsoft MVPs, MCTs, community leaders, consultants, architects, developers, and technology enthusiasts from multiple countries, all volunteering their time to share knowledge with the community.
Community first
CollabDays has always been about more than just technology.
One of the most valuable aspects of the event happens between the sessions: conversations in hallways, discussions during coffee breaks, meeting old friends, and making new connections.
The community spirit was visible throughout the entire event. Whether attendees came to learn about Copilot governance, Power Platform administration, AI-powered development, SharePoint security, or modern collaboration solutions, everyone shared the same goal: learning from each other.
Speakers dinner and community party
After the workshop day, we gathered with speakers for a traditional speakers’ dinner.
These moments are often where future collaborations, conference ideas, and community initiatives are born. It was a fantastic opportunity to thank the speakers for the time and effort they invested in preparing their sessions and workshops.
Following the conference day, we continued the networking during the attendee party, giving participants, speakers, organizers, and sponsors an opportunity to connect in a more relaxed setting.
Many friendships were strengthened, new partnerships were formed, and countless technology discussions continued long after the last session had ended.

As organizers, we always look forward to attendee feedback, and this year’s results exceeded our expectations.
Across all collected evaluations:
- Average session rating reached 4.8 / 5
- The vast majority of responses awarded sessions the highest possible score
- Attendees consistently highlighted:

- high-quality workshops.
